Our acrylic fibers are produced using monomer acrylonitrile as the major monomer (over 85%), methylacrylate or vinyl acetate as the second comonomer (less than 15%) and a third comonomer for dyability, by solution polymerization and Wet Spinning using SNIA technology. In both dull and semi-dull product, Titanium Dioxide (max 0.5%) is used. Also, in the process of production, the fibers are submerged in finish (finish of about 0.5%) prior to packing. The following are some of the major characteristics of our products:

Production Process and Packaging
Consistent with SNIA technology, the production process for this product starting with the mixing of monomers as feedstock input to the reactors for polymer solution in Dimethylformamide (DMF) in the Chemical Area through to fiber production, drawing, finishing and packaging is continuous and that at each stage samplings and controls are conducted and finally the product is graded and released in accordance with the test results. Bright, dull and semi-dull products are normal products but colored, super-white and antibacterial products are customized. The product is packaged in bales weighing 400±۲۰ kg and then put in covered polypropylene jute and rod guards. The bales measure 120*110*73 mm. 18-20 tons of this product can be transported in a 40-foot container.
Use
These fibers are used alone or mixed with other fibers in a spinning and yarn production process for use in textile and blanket industries. They can also be used as fine fibers in cotton and knitwear industries. The end products are gloves, stockings and wool fabrics which due to the proximity of their properties to wool can replace wool.
Merits
Washes easy, resists chemicals, is easily dyed, feels soft, resists sunlight, is color fast, has good mechanical strength
